Delivery times
We inform you directly on the product page whether the goods are in stock and when they are likely to arrive.
- If the goods are in stock, we will deliver them to the carrier on the working day following your order, or after the amount paid by bank transfer is credited to our account. The goods will usually arrive to you between the fifth and seventh working day after the order has been sent (paid).
- If the item is not in stock, we will specify the delivery date on the product page in your order confirmation. If you do not agree with the confirmed delivery date, you can cancel your order free of charge. If applicable, we will refund the price of the goods to your account.
If there is an unforeseen shipment due to reasons on our side or on the side of our suppliers, we will inform you immediately.
Please deal directly with the carrier if your shipment has already been delayed. In case of problems, please contact us and we will help you solve them.

Sending the goods
We start packing your goods immediately after receiving (or paying for) your order.
You can also pick up the goods in person in Prague for free upon agreement (if the goods are in stock, we will confirm by message).

Goods on the way
We inform you about the handover of the shipment to the carrier, and the selected carrier informs you about the receipt and movement of the shipment. You can usually check the current status of the shipment in the carrier's online application.
Delivery of the parcel
The carrier is responsible for the timely delivery of the undamaged shipment. Information about the time of delivery is usually sent on the morning of the delivery. Estimates of the time of delivery in your hands vary between 2-12 hours for different carriers.
Receipt of the shipment
When you receive the parcel, check the packaging carefully to ensure that it is intact. Do not accept a shipment with obviously damaged or obviously broken packaging from a courier or a delivery point employee and make a claim on the spot according to the carrier's rules. If the packaging has not been damaged and the goods are still damaged after unpacking, please contact us immediately to arrange a solution.
